ORDER PRODUCTION
Standard order production time is within 2-5 business days of the order date, depending on order size (this is subject to change based on overall volume). Production times are estimated and do not include shipping and/or delivery times.
CANADA SHIPPING
Estimated shipping for your delivery is 2-5 business days. Once orders are shipped, you will receive tracking information. We cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates on behalf of the carrier.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes may be applicable with your order, please note that these are not included in the total at checkout and are only calculated at customs clearance. Threelist is not responsible for any brokerage fees, import and customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and any other associated fees. Our customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, taxes and refused shipping charges. All parcels are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through customs clearance. The recipient of the order is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
SHIPPING DELAYS
There are several factors that might affect delivery times, such as the following: remote locations, incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address, customs delays, seasonal demand, major North American Statutory holidays, and severe weather conditions. Please ensure to keep up with the latest updates located at the top of our home page.
Once your order is in transit with the carrier, Threelist is not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur. If it is past your estimated delivery date and you still have not received your order and are unable to track it through the carrier site, please contact us at support@threelist.com and we will do our best to assist you. However, if the order is lost while in transit, unfortunately, that is out of our control. You may also contact the carrier directly for all delivery related issues. If your order failed to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or the order was unclaimed at your address, it will be returned to our facility. If upon notifying you about your returned order, you inform us that you would like your order re-shipped, please know that you will be responsible for the shipping fee. In any other case, we cannot be liable for orders which have been confirmed as delivered by carrier, and we do not cover refunds due to carrier errors.
