RETURN POLICY
WE HAVE A 10-DAY RETURN POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM(S) TO REQUEST A RETURN.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same "as-new" condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@threelist.com. If your return request is accepted, you will be emailed a return address where you can then send your item(s) back with your own tracked shipping label from a carrier of your choice. All customers are responsible to pay the costs of approved returns back to Threelist. Hold on to the tracking number to confirm delivery of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns based on defects are based on our approval.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not offer price adjustments or credits for any price difference on items purchased or shipped before the start of any sale.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All discounted items are final, no exceptions.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at returns@threelist.com. Also, you may contact your bank or credit card company for further follow-up on the status of your refund.
